This project wasn’t just about a "nice fragrance.” It was about bringing a touch of Paris into your space through scent, design, and atmosphere.
From concept to creation
From the first conversations, we focused on translating story into sensory details:
What should the candle feel like the moment you open it?
What kind of energy should it bring into a room; bold, soft, dramatic, refined?
How do we make each candle distinct, while still feeling like part of one collection?
In close collaboration with the creative team of We Are Paloma, we developed three candles, each with its own identity across scent, color, and character, while working in unison.
Three candles, three atmospheres
Heartbreak
Deep, intense, and unapologetically dramatic. With a rich oud wood scent and a powerful red label, Heartbreak reflects the intensity of Parisian nights, where everything feels heightened, cinematic, and just a little unpredictable.
Lavande de Lavaux (featured picture)
A calmer chapter. Lavande de Lavaux blends lavender and chamomile into something soothing and grounded, paired with a purple label that signals softness and ease. The kind of scent that makes you slow down without losing that touch of elegance.
The Hour
Refined and luminous. With a dahlia scent and golden accents, The Hour is designed to feel polished and timeless, like that final look in the mirror before you step out into the city.
What made this collaboration special
What we loved most about this project is how clearly it showed the power of scent as a storytelling medium. When fragrance and design are developed together, a “simple” candle transforms into something far more than just a product to be sold. It becomes a moment, a memory, and a feeling you can return to.
